Gift Cards

To buy a gift card simply choose your denomination and quantity then click "Add to cart"

Then checkout as usual by clicking the cart in the top right hand corner and clicking "Checkout".

Once payment has been processed you'll receive an email (usually within a few minutes) that contains your digital gift card with a unique code that can be used at checkout to redeem its value.

When buying a gift card, the customer agrees to the Terms and Conditions listed below.

Please forward the email with the gift card details to your intended recipient. They will be able to use it immediately without any problems.

For privacy and security purposes BetterHomeandHealth.com does not send gift cards to recipients on the purchaser's behalf. We do apologize for any inconvenience.

During checkout simply enter the gift code (16 alphanumeric characters) in the "Discount code or gift card" box on the right hand side and click "Apply".

When using a gift card, the customer agrees to the Terms and Conditions listed below.

1. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new voucher, or be replaced after expiry (if any); and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.
2. BetterHomeandHealth.com is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards or their unauthorized use. Please treat gift cards like cash; if the gift card is lost or stolen or used without the owner's permission it will not be replaced nor will the money be refunded.
3. If the purchase amount exceeds the value of the gift card, the balance must be paid to receive the product.
4. No balance will be given for any remaining unused value. E.g. if a $100.00 gift card is used to order $90.00 worth of product(s) from Sense of Stellar, the remaining unused $10.00 will not be refunded nor carried forward.
5. Customers cannot use discount codes to purchase a gift card, e.g. the 15% newcomer discount cannot be used to buy a $50.00 gift card for $42.50, etc.
6. However, customers CAN combine the USE of a gift card with a discount code, e.g. The 15% newcomer discount is used on a $100.00 order = $85.00 discounted price amount payable. The gift card can be used to reduce the amount payable, e.g. a $50.00 gift card will reduce the total payable amount of this order to $35.00. 
7. If any products are purchased with a gift card and returned, the refund will consist of 1) another gift card of the same value used to purchase the product but with a 1 month expiry date, and 2) any remaining amount used to top up the balance will be refunded to your credit card / method of payment.
8. BetterHomeandHealth.com reserves the right to cancel a gift card if we deem such action necessary, e.g. fraud.
9. BetterHomeandHealth.com may vary or replace these conditions from time to time.
